Job Description
- Time collection and audit for weekly payroll process
- Handle employment verification's, garnishments, IRS levies, and other miscellaneous compliance issues
- Processing of multi-state weekly payroll, check printing, reconciliation and distribution
- Production of weekly labor reports, personnel change reports and other management reports as requested
- Payroll tax deposits and reconciliations
- Coordinate and produce weekly Payroll reports

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Three to five years of related payroll and accounting experience.
- Experience with Sage payroll and paylocity preferred
- Experience with California payroll is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with staff throughout the Company
- Outstanding team player with good interpersonal skills
