Job Description
- Root Cause analysis, utilizing problem solving techniques (8D,5Y, Fishbone), and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Part Inspection utilizing tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers
- Experience with Sample production PPAP and First Article Inspection
- Creating supplemental quality control documents for the operators - inspection protocols or instructions on quality methods
- Fielding Customer Quality Complaints

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in an ISO 9001 and 13485 environment
- comfortable being hands on, and being on the manufacturing floor
- Experience leading Root cause, CAPA's, APQP's
- Experience in Metrology
- Experience Creating PPAP and FAI Documentation
- Experience being Customer Facing
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
