Job Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Deliver the perfect home to clients with only the best finishes
- Conduct quality inspections
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of High-End Construction Experience
- Luxury Custom Home Construction - $10M
- Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software
- OSHA-30 Certification preferred
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Expertise with Level 5 Finishes and 0 punch
- Strong attention to detail and client care.
- Ability to cover projects from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach
