Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturer is seeking a Concrete Quality Control Assistant. This position ensures company and customer quality standards are always being met. This employee will work under the supervision of the Quality Control Manager; assisting with conducting quality control tests, performing inspection checks, calibrating equipment and communicating test results. To ensure success in this position the applicant should be computer literate, organized, have a good eye for detail, advanced problem-solving skills and be able to accurately identify, research and remedy any production irregularities or issues. This position offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
Organizational skills - Keep work station clean & organized
Computer Literacy
Strong analytical, problem-solving and mathematical aptitude
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a noisy environment and routinely lift 50 pounds safely.
Possess a valid drivers license
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and any subsequent random tests
Willingness to work a varied work schedule
