Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with experience in retail environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Utilize knowledge of retail math to calculate discounts, sales prices, and taxes.
- Demonstrate expertise in electronics sales, jewelry sales, and other product categories as needed.
- Process POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers with inquiries.
- Utilize bilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base effectively.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling cash registers and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control practices.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.98 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
