As a Lead Estimator, your key responsibility will be to supervise an Estimating team. This will include interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees. Lead estimator will also mentor, give daily direction and provide feedback on work performance, assign bids and manage workloads. Other responsibilities include prepare job estimates/bids, develop job schedules, conduct site reviews, and interact with customers related to the project.

What it takes:
- 5 years of estimating and/or project management experience in the power delivery industry
- Solid Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiating experience
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
