As a Project Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to act as the main operations contact in the field, whose primary focus is construction execution. Manage multiple crews, directing activities of workers by performing the following duties. Critical for success are the ability to maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate teamwork and leadership. Strong communication skills are a must.

What it takes:
- 8 - 10 years of heavy civil (dams, levy’s, bridge, water conveyance system) experience
- Prior experience working on USACE or NAVFAC projects
- OSHA 30 or other safety training course
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel required. Position will require extended travel. Extended meaning the travel may account for up to 100%. Relocation is NOT required
