Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist doctor directly in administering patient therapies and treatments.
- Record and update clinical notes in the patient management system based on interactions with the doctor and/or patient feedback.
- Direct and monitor patients as they move through various treatments within the clinic.
- Prepare and reset exam, therapy areas and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with incoming calls and patient reminders.
- Update and file medical records as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality following HIPAA regulations and center policies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training in medical assistance is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both patients and team members.
- Proven experience as a clinical assistant or in a similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care routines.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and patient management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a holistic or functional medicine environment.
- Training or certification in basic clinical procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be personable and have the ability to work in close contact with patients.
- Must be able to represent a healthy life-style, be energetic, self-motivated, friendly and care deeply about people.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity for patient therapies, preparing exam rooms and supplies.

Employment Type and Compensation:
- Part-Time position - Weekday availability between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.

- Compensation is competitive, based on experience, with a pay range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
