Michigan Solar Solutions is a growing renewable energy company seeking Field Service Technicians and surveyors.

Job details
  • 8 am start time, on-site
  • Conduct site surveys; figure out the general scope of jobs ahead of their installation date, by walking the site & gathering relevant information to ensure the installation process runs smoothly.
  • Perform service calls; troubleshoot & diagnose power & communication issues with SolarEdge & Enphase systems.

Applicant qualities

  • Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and experience talking with customers
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Prior Solar &/or electrical-related experience is preferred
  • Tech-savvy enough to navigate various apps, as needed, for system commissioning & problem-solving
  • Drone experience is a PLUS

Strong opportunity for growth - Become Enphase & SolarEdge certified
Become OSHA 10 certified
Potential to obtain your Part 107 commercial drone license
Potential to become an electrical apprentice
