This position is for our dynamic Fortune 500 partner in the Winston-Salem.

This is a 1 year assignment with possibility of extension.

DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the effective acquisition, installation, maintenance, and use of desktop technology.
- May be responsible for the purchase and installation of hardware/software.
- Represents bridge between technology and business needs.
- Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
- May train end users on software.
- Administers end user requests and projects.
- Coordinates resources to solve problems.
- Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
- May be assigned to small projects or to phase(s) of larger projects.
- Contributes to the completion of routine technical tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS / MUST HAVES:
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Computer / Refresh / Hardware Support experience.
- Local area computer network troubleshooting experience.
- High quality customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
