Job Description
Inside Sales Representative in our Novi, MI Office. The Inside Sales position requires the highest quality of service to both our internal and external clients through strategic support, innovation, and commitment that exceeds the expectations of our clients.
The position includes a variety of responsibilities associated with client support both internally and externally to ensure optimal client satisfaction in our efforts to drive design wins to revenue. ISRs manage direct business utilizing our systems, act as a main point of contact between our clients and the corporate office. Understands our clients buying process by analyzing data within reports, and developing partnerships with clients, field sales and corporate personnel.
Job Requirements
- Inside account management experience
- Must be professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert level Excel skills preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a close team environment

The desired candidate would also need to possess skills to navigate the complexities of integration activities associated with corporate acquisitions.
Previous Inside Sales experience in Semiconductor field is preferred but not required.
