Knowledge of setting up auto handler, loading program software and doing minor setups. Do all necessary MESA transactions which include splits, engineering holds, looking up history and locating lots in WIP room. Reading and understanding related specs and work instructions such as, ESD, Mechanical Visual. Filling out and updating travelers. Implementing quality through reading and understanding specs, observing ESD safety requirements and awareness of ISO. Ability to learn Microchip specification operations. Requires bending, lifting of boxes some of which at approximately 45 lbs. and standing or sitting for long hours. Requirements/Qualifications: High School diploma or above. 3-6 years of related experience. Computer skills, Internet, Excel, Word and Email. General skills: Good listener, Organized, Problem Solver, Quick study, Detail Oriented, Team player, Hardworking, Self-Motivated, Quality Commitment and Goal Oriented. Communication Skills: strong communication with co-workers, leads, supervisor and different personnel from different departments. Do minor trouble shooting and set-up of stations. Ability to work as a team player and interface with various groups. Come up with creative solutions and follow-up.
