We currently have an opening for a Global Sales Support Manager for our Distribution business segment based in Chandler, Arizona. As a Global Sales Support Manager for the Americas, you will lead a team of Representatives that will collaborate with Microchip’s Sales, Operations, Supply Management, Logistics, Quality, Legal, Finance and our Product Business Units to ensure that are channel partners receive the best service. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment utilizing creativity, effective communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude in addressing challenges and looking for solutions. Key responsibilities: Lead a team of GSS Account Representatives for Americas Distribution Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the team Oversight of Americas distribution backlog to ensure data integrity Manage supply chain shortage escalations with the team Every day is unique and filled with opportunities to learn and grow. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience preferably in distribution 3-5 years in management Strong Communication Skills Resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems Excellent Organizational skills Data Analysis skills using a variety of software tools Microsoft Office proficiency This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.
