Microfilm Imaging Systems, Inc. is a small, fast growing, locally owned business located in downtown Omaha.

Job Description:

This role is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks.

  • Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation.
  • Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image.
  • Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking.
  • Adhere to MIS policies, include health and safety, building security, data security, and harassment-free work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Use of computer and office equipment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
  • The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
  • Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.
  • Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
  • Must be acceptable of change and long durations of project assignments.
  • The ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Dependable attendance. We are located close to public transit.

Experience:

  • Entry level position, experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
