Role will be focused on process documentation, identifying process and system requirements, identifying projects, driving prioritization while working with business teams and communicating progress on initiatives that have been assigned.You will gain real world work experience on meaningful projects under the guidance of Business Process Analyst professional. You will have the opportunity to use problem solving, communication and decision-making skills as you gain valuable work experience. Assist in maintaining project plans to help measure performance and report effectively on all initiatives.Actively participates in selected PMO initiatives to ensure that stakeholders receive sufficient and timely communications.Develop process roadmaps, document user stories and feedback, and define and update requirementsCoordinate key milestones and schedule status check meetings with IT and business stakeholders.How you will grow:Improved leadership, hands-on process mgmt., portfolio/project management, and communication skillsProficiency with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Project Management toolsGain broad understanding of how we drive process and data quality improvement initiatives to drive strategic changes and continuous improvements in ITLearn how to navigate multiple stakeholders groups and situational leadership techniques to build effective relationshipsKnowledge of:PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project Management toolsProject management skills and business acumen, with strong analytical skills and ability to work with dataPresentation skills with the ability to create high quality visualsHighly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage to timelines effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills - ability to clearly articulate requirementsAbility to:Communicate in verbal and written form in a concise, clear manner.Work a flexible work schedule.Research capabilitiesWork well in a team environment.Qualifications:Currently a full-time college student enrolled in a four-year college program and following a course of study leading to a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Supply ManagementMust be a full-time student maintaining a 2.5 GPA.Intern must conduct themselves in a professional manner.About Micron Technology, Inc.
