As a DRAM Design Engineer in the Node Development Design group, you will be responsible for the design and verification of next generation DRAM test chips. Working closely with product engineering and design teams, you will contribute to the pathfinding of future DRAM nodes and the development chip design required to bring innovative new ideas to production on cutting edge DRAM products. You will be responsible for simulation verification of development chips, applying skills in timing accurate verilog and finesim while coordinating verification efforts with design teams. The team will execute to a common goal of ensuring our future roadmap is successful.
You will apply a deep understanding of verification methodology and tools, speed/timing bottlenecks, array parasitics, sense amp margin, memory architecture and characteristics to drive design optimization and innovations that target a best in class die size, quality, reliability, and power.
