We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work directly with customers and across all Microsoft customer facing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and consumption experience. Identifying blockers and working with the Engineering Teams to provide solutions. Candidates should expect some amount of travel to work directly with customers and engineering teams bring issues to resolution. The individual must be able to navigate a highly complex environment, manage customer expectations and clearly and succinctly communicate with Engineering, Account, Sales, Customer Success, MCS, Partner and SI teams. Candidates should also be able to look across customer bases to determine common trends and issues and drive solutions at the strategic level.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business or related field AND 6 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management data analysis, or product development

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide vision and direction in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and diverse environment
* Ability to effectively drive business & technical conversations with developers, partners & customers
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skill

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets (see below). The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (except as noted below); the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. * Defines the program(s) goals and prioritization for the multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) they own. Translates the needs of the organization and other teams into program goals and prioritized deliverables based on data-focused analysis.
