Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Develops, manages, and executes strategy project(s) as a project/program lead. Collaborates with field business, platform, and tools experts to provide updates and report key metrics needed to assist sales and partner teams to drive the sales business forward. Meets with leaders across US to validate the strategy and contributes to landing strategies across various Microsoft Customer Success unit leaders. Synthesizes findings into insights across projects, including implications that inform CSU go-to-market objectives. Conducts market-based research by collecting and interpreting. Develop a scalable and effective technical and business strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate Modern Work business needs into business & technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively information. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned MSFT office location.
The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSMAF17735A), in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is $116,970 to $146,970
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
