Overview
Provides a variety of support which may include administrative, analytical, membership management, database management and travel management support to customer.
Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures/membership handbook, biographical summary of client members, briefing and presentation preparation, calendar and appointment management, policy compliance, website/database maintenance, Board member travel support services and study support. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, proficient in preparing and managing correspondence for senior Army leaders (AR 25-50), familiar with FACA, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). Website/database maintainer must be proficient in MS SharePoint and with windows based internet browsers.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field including at least one year in preparation/submission of travel vouchers in accordance with the JTR is required. Business or related bachelor degree preferred.
