POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides support to the Executive Director of Admissions and Community Outreach as needed. Support students through the acceptance and enrollment process by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in streamlining the admissions process for Admissions Counselors (AC) and the Executive Director of Admissions and Community Outreach.
Schedule campus tours and visits for the admissions team (Gear up tours, Talent Search, high school small groups, church groups, etc.).
Process varsity athletic applications through the system.
Responsible for follow-up and athletics.
Assist the admissions counselors within the database to assess and meet the needs of prospective students through correspondence utilizing phone, email, social network platforms, cards, letters, and personal contacts.
Handle incoming inquiries.
Distribute leads to Admission Counselors.
Distribute scholarship links to the appropriate AC.
Check FAFSA completion by following up with students and provide updates to AC’s.
Support event planning and set up.
Manage the ordering of supplies for the department.
As needed provide campus tours to prospective families.
With the direction of Student Life, coordinate Camp Teams summer travel schedule.
Assist in the entry and updating data of prospective students in Salesforce.
Support CAS and CAGS with generating student ID’s.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of a CRM (Salesforce) is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; at a minimum, the ability to understand and to make one’s self understood to all Spanish speaking individuals.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Suite and Google.
