Job Posting for Janitor and Cleaner at Mid-America Maintenance
We want to hire a responsible person, to clean an office in Yates Center each weekend. They will work 2 hours per week. They must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. They must have reliable transportation and a reliable phone.
Responsibilities
Clean office areas (dusting, spot clean furniture, walls, woodwork, door glass, etc.)
Empty waste baskets.
Clean two restrooms and restock supplies.
Vacuum entry mats.
Sweep and mop all hard surface floor areas.
Skills
Honesty and integrity.
The ability to work independently and accomplish the goal of keeping the offices in a clean and orderly condition.
Work experience as a janitor is a plus, but not required.
Must have reliable transportation within Yates Center.
Must have reliable phone service and communication habits.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
High school degree or GED preferred, but not required.
