Job Description:
Join our local team as an energetic, proactive Account Representative! Bring your experience and skills to our thriving markets. We offer vast sales potential with a strong infrastructure. As an account representative, you’ll sell our suite of services from short-term projects to long-term maintenance to key players in commercial real estate.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience selling services in a technical industry
Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Proficient with technology/ Microsoft suite

Process-oriented and able to adopt our sales methodology
Public Relation building and marketing skills to boost territory awareness
Decision-making, problems-solving and creative thinking

Cold calls, follow up calls, and effective face-to-face selling
Long-term relationship building
Punctual and prompt response time
Appointment setting and maintenance of existing accounts
Ability to estimate projects and maintenance costs for billable hours

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 -- Base Salary Plus Bonus/Commission is the expectation for this position with additional income based on sales growth and benefits. There’s no cap on bonus/commission pay!
