Adhere to requirements and maintenance needs of equipment being serviced. Torch and cut old chutes, guide rails, etc. for removal.
Install trash compactors, fabricate chutes, and install cardboard balers as needed. Follow all safety procedures such as lockout/tagout, fire watch, and fall protection protocols. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record Working mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices Experience in electrical troubleshooting & hydraulics Experience with basic welding, cutting, and layout operations Ability to pass DOT physical.
