We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist II position to join our Information Technology department. This position is Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is located in The Dalles, Oregon. We work, live, and play in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, Oregon. Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation, including downhill and cross-country skiing, world-class water sports, and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The area boasts award-winning wineries, and, most importantly, warm, friendly people.
Provide support to customers to resolve problems with products and applications, perform the setup and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, etc. and interact with 3rd party vendors in a healthcare environment. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable delivering support via phone and with remote access tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and be dedicated to tracking calls through well-documented tickets. Under general supervision delivers quality service to the customers of Information Systems & Services by serving as a single point of contact for reporting problems, requesting services, and general inquiries. This job is not a remote work position. The employee is expected to be on-site, in the office to perform daily duties.
