Associate Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Associate Project Manager to assist in managing cross functional Credit Union projects and helping to support the Organizational Project Management framework. The individual chosen will partner with Project owners and be able to clearly define a project's overall goals and business benefits in addition to supporting the Director of Organizational Excellence in maintaining and improving the project management framework.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting Project Owners and performing project management activities including project planning, initiation, execution, cost, and budget control, testing, and closing processes for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, measuring performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Working with the Director of Organizational Excellence and Project Owners to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Project Owners to break down tasks into understandable work to funnel into a comprehensive project plan.
• Establishing strong working relationships, communication cadence and accountability with the Director of Organizational Excellence and key stakeholders.
• Evaluating project performance, efficiency, and effectiveness, identifying successes, shortcomings, and planning for ways to fix similar issues in the future.
• Ensuring project status, costs and progression are reported up to Strategic Portfolio Management tracking.

Successful candidates will have one to three years of similar or related experience.
