What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller Supervisor position at Mid Oregon Credit Union?
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Teller Supervisor assists the leadership team and Branch Manager in ensuring excellent service is provided to members. Lead the teller team to achieve organizational and team goals. Participates in community service groups and functions, promoting credit union products. Motivates, coaches, supports, and trains teller staff. Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to members in addition to performing supervisory duties. Backs up operational and teller services.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent member service and communication skills. Motivated self-starter with the ability to supervise, train, and coach Tellers in the performance of their jobs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions. Critical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot. PC-proficient, including 10-key keyboarding skills, in a Windows environment.
STARTING SALARY: Based on experience.
STARTING DATE: Immediately
WORK LOCATION: Madras, OR
PROPOSED SCHEDULE: The work schedule is typically 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 9:15-6:15 on Fridays.
