Entry Level / Experienced Technician

Position: Service Technician

Job Description: Diagnosing, repair and servicing of powersports related inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair and service assigned repair orders.
Provide labor estimates/discuss repairs to service advisor.
Maintain adherence to dealership policies Complete documentation for repairs.
Assist in mentoring technician trainees.
Attend company and factory training.
Ability to learn new techniques and solve challenges.
Commitment to accuracy and quality.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
Good communication skills, to include legible writing.
Able to utilize time management skills and working under a deadline.
Able to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations, mild to loud noises, and able to push/pull 50lbs or greater.
Able to work from various body positions: Floor, kneeling, standing.
