Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and manage the field crew, and oversee all work on site.

• Be responsible for orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available at all times.

• Complete projects on time and within budget without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 10 year’s experience in industrial construction.
• Must be able to interpret and build according to blueprints and other documents.
• Must be proficient with basic surveying equipment including laser levels and transits.
• Must have experience with MS Office Word and Excel.
• Must accurately fill out job summary paperwork and turn in to bookkeeping for billing.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and operate extended boom forklifts.
• Be a strong leader, be pro-active and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Must be able to manage 15-20 employees on various jobs.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have knowledge in managing structural, concrete and motor alignment crews.
• Must be able to work weekends and long hours.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must treat customers and other team members respectfully.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Pay is dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
