Job Responsibilities of Automotive Service Advisor:
Serving customers is a key to success in this position. Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
The selected individual will:
- Greet customers and gather information from them to complete service request form
- Perform Oil Changes as well as other general services
- Work with foreman/technicians to ensure repairs are performed in a timely manner
- Prepare invoices, repair cards, warranty cards and reports.
- Research parts/vehicle info when needed
- Collect payment from customers; and
- other duties as assigned
The Service Writer must:
- have excellent customer service skills
- be detail oriented and be able to multi-task
- be able to work in a team environment and autonomously
- be able to effectively deal with issues as they arise
Service writing, job management, administrative and basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
About Us:
We are a full service auto repair company and service almost all makes and model vehicles.
Hours of Operation:
Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
