Duties include : Greeting and writing up customers, answering phones and text messages. Educating customers on the condition of their vehicle and the factory recommended service intervals.
Managing parts orders, communicating progress on vehicle services with customers.
We are willing to train a motivated individual with a positive work behavior. Desirable candidate will be automotive enthusiasts that have a good can-do attitude, ability to get along with others, good attendance and punctuality with the ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
Requirements :
Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
Possession of a valid CA. driver's vehicle license
