Job Title: Associate /AVP (Healthcare Leveraged Lending Team)

Job Description: The candidate will join the Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors healthcare underwriting team. He/she will focus on underwriting and executing transactions within the healthcare space and will have exposure to legal documentation and negotiation. Responsibilities will include, running transaction closings, managing underwriting processes, and managing/mentoring junior Analysts and Associates. A strong candidate will have experience in analyzing leveraged lending transactions, building financial models, preparing projection case scenarios, conducting financial due diligence, and preparing initial deal review and credit memorandums.

Job Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, private equity, or accounting.
• Strong credit analysis and accounting skillset & meaningful underwriting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, assuming a high level of responsibility and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
