Midcon Exteriors is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled install specialist to install gutters, sofit, fascia, roof repairs, and small miscellaneous carpentry.

$18-$27 HR depending on skill and experience.

Company vehicle, health reimbursement.

Will train the right person.

$18 - $27 hourly

• Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately

• Carry a valid driver's license
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
• Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception
• Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required
• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain
