What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse 2 - Community Support Team (Warner Robins, GA) position at Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare?
Description of Duties: Meet agency’s established productivity standard. Provide medical oversight to MH/SA individuals with co-existing, underlying medical conditions. Meet monthly with WHAM coach/Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) to discuss overall functioning of enrolled individuals. Ensure medical and WHAM services are documented and authorized in a timely manner. Provide med education groups. Consult routinely with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) regarding labs, medications, course of treatment, prescriptions, follow-up appointments. Document individuals’ medical goals, objectives, and intervention in an Electronic Medical Record (ECR). Complete nursing assessments and give injections when ordered. Participate in Medical Oversight (MOC) and unit staff meetings. Provide out of clinic nursing services as needed. Completed other nursing duties as assigned. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND any related professional work experience. Must have valid, unrestricted GA Driver’s License. Must be computer literate.
