Hospitalist APRN
Middlesex Health Hospital Medicine is currently seeking a board certified hospitalist physician assistant or APRN to join our dynamic and experienced team. This is a full time day position contracted for 34 hours per week.

Hospitalist Expectations
Clinical responsibilities include admitting, rounding, discharges, consultative services for the specialities, attending to RRTs and Codes.
Distribute morning census to the team and triage admitted patients from the Emergency Department.
Work collaboratively with specialists, which involves pre-operative assessments and co-management of surgical patients.
Applicants will be competent in managing a broad spectrum of patient diagnosis.
Commit to providing exceptional quality of care and experiences to the Middlesex Health patient community.
Flexible and responsive to patient needs and unexpected staffing changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of Connecticut.
DEA license and CDS license.
ACLS certification.
