Mortgage Servicer/Investor Loans

Mortgage Servicers/Investor Loans perform the following functions:

• Review, research, and resolution of general servicing questions from members or other MIDFLORIDA departments. 
• Development of mortgage workout proposals while meeting regulatory timelines
• Working with investors, Attorneys, and other parties
• Monitoring and reporting of collections activity for investor mortgages
• General servicing questions and tasks will include, but are not limited to, loan history, payment reversals, escrow balance payments, escrow analysis changes, booking of mortgage loans, insurance questions and other mortgage related topics.
• Cross-training with all department functions as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills
• Thorough understanding of Federal and State mortgage regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
