Evening shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am. Monday – Thursday

Starting Pay: $32-$36/HR DOE

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.

Essential Duties:

• Assign daily schedule for each team member
• Organize daily orders/paperwork
• Investigate Quality Checks with Plant Manager
• Properly handle damaged product
• Prioritize, set, and manage production goals
• Unload and check in vendor product
• Monitor inventory levels
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Uphold a safe work environment
• Review and approve timecards and time off requests in a timely manner
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback while rewarding and disciplining as necessary
• Lead department meetings with employees to address various issues/items
• Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments

Education and Experience:

• High School or GED required
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• 1 year people leading experience preferred
