Job Description
The Project Coordinator Intern (PCI) will work with the Chief Development Officer to develop project budgets and operating budgets for the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) as well as overseeing the tracking, monitoring and reporting involved with project and operating budgets. The PCI will assist in planning and facilitation of various components regarding the design and implementation of the PBBHC.
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Full Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Development and reporting involved with Project and Operating Budgets
- Assist with curriculum development and coordination with education partners
- Assist in planning and implementation of workforce development plans
- Assist in logistics and planning for PBBHC including but not limited to furniture, equipment, IT system selection, etc.
- Assist in designing patient intake and flow including care management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Enrollment in Master of Health Administration program
