Reports To: Director of Support Staff Services and Supervisor of Health Services
Pay Grade: As per substitute pay schedule
POSITION FUNCTION/PURPOSE
In the absence of the regular campus RN or LVN, the substitute nurse will provide daily care, administer medications and treatments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
RN or LVN in the state of Texas
Experience in community and/or pediatric nursing preferred
Current CPR certification
Certification in vision, hearing and spinal screening recommended
