Technician

Job Duties :

• To set up and establish plastic injection molding tooling and process parameters to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Hang and Set up Injection Molds and run all new tooling and engineering sampling requirements for plastic injection molded components.
• Improve existing processes to meet or exceed cycle time standards.
• Be available on an on call basis for processing problems.
• Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have the ability and experience to work in Tooling to help with Mold PM’s and Repairs.
• Also works closely with the Shift Foremen and daily issues on the Production Floor.
• AM Work the hours of 7 : 00am to 7 : 00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule
• PM Work the hours of 7 : 00pm to 7 : 00am on a 2-2-3 schedule

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule :

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Education :

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience :

• process technician : 3 years (Preferred)
