1st Shift - Plant Support

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment throughout the plant facility. Includes cleaning, painting, waxing equipment, floors, windows and walls.
  • Maintains all plant exterior landscaping as assigned by the Maintenance or Plant Manager.
  • Removes trash daily from all plant areas inside the facility and all external trash containers around the perimeter of the building.
  • Perform inspections on the floor scrubber and responsible for the preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Maintains the F-building for proper container storage and labeling of all containers.
  • Maintain exterior rack storage areas, exterior recycling and trash hopper areas.
  • Perform maintenance and Preventative Maintenance on A/C & Heating system.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance on smoke eater and fire suppression systems.
  • Perform inspections and repairs on building lighting.
  • Adheres to all safety guidelines and monitors facility for potential safety concerns.
  • May participate on one of the councils or problem solving task forces.
  • Performs light maintenance or fabrication and other related activities.
  • Support TS 16949 and ISO 14001 Systems.
  • Adheres to all safety regulations.
  • Treats all Team Members with respect and dignity.
  • Authorized to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.
  • Performs other essential functions as assigned.
