Midwest Bank is seeking a full time Customer Support Specialist to work in its Detroit Lakes, MN office.
Responsibilities in this position to provide excellent service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to personal bankers, lenders and investment representatives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have customer service and phone experience, strong organizational skills, superior ability to multi-task, and great interpersonal communication skills.
Hours of work will be Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
