Job Posting for Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift at MIDWEST EQUIPMENT SALES LLC
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate to join our Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment team in Woodbine, GA.
1st Shift: 9am-5:30pm
$18.00/hour based on experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and record shipments, verifying quantities and quality of items.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including shelving, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the safe operation of equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong safety mindset and ability to multi-task
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- 6 months of distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to be trained to operate power equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
