Essential Functions:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum
- Demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop and retain Team Members)
- Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost
- Proven ability to grow sales and control costs
- Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb
- A candidate with dependable transportation
- A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
- Organizational, planning and time management.
- Team building skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Workaround heat.
- Workaround others in close quarters.
- Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance.
- Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds comfortably.
- Work with various cleaning products.
