Site Administrator/Supervisor

Midwest Gratus is looking to hire a Site Supervisor/Administrator for our Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls Campuses!

These campuses include 2 AFH’s, and 2 CBRF locations.

Goal: The goal of this position is to have continual and random oversight in the facilities; meaning your hours will vary from day to day. Some days you will have to check in on the overnight staff, some days the PM staff, etc.

Duties:

· Provide oversight of employees on shift

· Ensure daily task lists for each facility are being completed

· Ensure the highest level of care is being provided to our residents

· Charting and paperwork

· Provide reports for Administrator, HR, and Owners

· In the event a staff needs to be walked off shift, you must be able to stay for the rest of their shift. This would include providing personal cares for the residents, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

· Flexible schedule

· Reliable transportation

· 8 years of caregiver experience

· Fully CBRF certified with the state of Wisconsin

· Able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background

· Highschool Diploma/GED

· Preferred associate degree in healthcare field

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time

· Knowledge of ISPs and BSPs.

· Knowledge of charting and ability to use online program

· Able to lift 50 pounds

· Knowledge of how to use sit-to-stands and Hoyer lifts

· Knowledge of wound care, colostomy bag care, and catheter care

· Experience with elderly, and DD residents as well as residents with TBIs or mental illness

· Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

· Experience in a management role

*Compensation for this position will be based on experience and qualifications. This position will work under the company's CBRF Administrator.
