Kind Properties is seeking a full time worker with ANY or all of the following skills for properties we manage in Elk City, OK!
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Mechanical/small engine repair
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Flooring
- Tile
- Lawn care/landscaping
You must be able to complete work orders in a reasonable time frame and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and your own tools to support your trade. References required
