General Job Summary
The Default Operations Associate is responsible for ordering, monitoring and maintaining property inspections and preservation orders while complying with investor and insurer regulations and guidelines as applicable. Generates demand letters daily and edits demand letters as needed per state law and/or insurer requirements.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Execute monthly property inspection orders
- Monitor and maintain Inspections email account
- Generate face to face orders
- Generate daily foreclosure letter orders and execute registration
- Make changes to demand letters as needed per state or insurer requirements
Other Job Functions
- Complete all special projects determined be default management
- Evaluate processes and provide suggestions for process improvement
- Attend all training sessions for department
- All other duties as assigned by management
Working Environment
Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor-allergens. Employee will work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
Education, Training and Work Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing desired
- Previous experience in collections and/or default servicing desired

- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Travel by foot in outdoor environments where it can slippery/etc.
- Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk)
- Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard)
