Midwest Machinery, Co. is adding an experienced Large Ag Sales/Account Manager to our Howard Lake, MN team! Want to determine your own salary? This position has a base pay PLUS a monthly incentive!

MMC is a John Deere dealership with 30 locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin that provides Agricultural, Consumer, and Construction Worksite Products. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the designated territory in the sale of agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment as well as aftermarket solutions to new and existing accounts
  • Creating, developing, and maintaining customer accounts
  • Maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing/warranty/service options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Conducts product field demonstrations · Maintains assigned company vehicle and equipment
  • Attending applicable sales training events/seminars
  • Maintaining current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 1 years sales experience with agriculture or an equivalent
  • Knowledge of agriculture or turf equipment and farming or operational practices required
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiating skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
