We are looking for on-site Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Great pay, full benefits, and overtime available. On the job training is available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Work on site doing installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to stick weld, MIG weld preferred, but not required, will train
  • Candidates must be mechanically inclined with electrical and hydraulic experience
  • Must have shift flexibility and ability to work overtime
  • CDL preferred, but not required
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
