Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner,
  • Opening car doors, collecting keys, and giving customers their tickets for picking up their cars.
  • You also keep the guests' keys safe and organized so that retrieving their vehicle can be done efficiently.
  • Your primary responsibilities are to make a great first impression on behalf of MVP, keep the vehicles you are entrusted with safe, and ensure the guests receive their vehicles quickly when they leave.

Qualifications:

  • Proven safe driver and clean driving records are essential
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Customer service experience and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time
  • Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information
  • Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once
  • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
  • Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys
