Job Posting for QA/QC Technician at Midwest Sterilization Corporation
Responsibilities:
Works with customers, site, staff, and management personnel regarding the effective application of procedures, product specifications, process capabilities, investigations, maintenance tasks, validation tasks, and project status related to the site Quality Management System.
Conducts data analysis to help determine compliance to applicable processes and production requirements.
Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information for improvement opportunities.
Assists with investigation, documentation, and communication of cycle deviations and post audit non-conforming load reports.
Administrative maintenance of the Nonconformance and CAPA systems, CAPA log, and other quality tools and systems (e.g., Risk Management and FMEAs) as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
Associate Degree and or two years minimum work experience as a quality technician or similar.
Schedule:
Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
